Role: Cold Call Sales
Representative Hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Base Pay: $1,000/month to start
Commission: 10% of each closed deal After 3 consecutive months of 25+ qualified appointments:
Base increases to $2,000/month Commission increases to 13.5%
Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to qualify potential clients. Identify business goals, pain points, and budgets. Determine if a prospect is a startup, entrepreneur, or agency.
Pitch Dionix AI’s solutions (web, marketing, AI, SEO, etc.). Warm up the lead and book an appointment with our CEO. Use our CRM to track and follow up on warm leads.
